Terms of Sale
These terms apply to all purchases made through gammonbase.com.
1. Parties
Seller: Customation AS, org. nr. 914 511 569
Address: Heimdalsgata 30, 0561 Oslo
Email: contact@customation.no
Buyer: The person or organization that places an order through gammonbase.com. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Payment
Payments are processed through Vipps MobilePay. The amount is charged at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the chosen plan). Prices are displayed in NOK and include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
GammonBase is a digital service. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Because GammonBase is a digital service that is made available immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) §22, letter c. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.
6. Complaints
If the service does not work as described, you may file a complaint by contacting us at contact@customation.no. Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue was discovered or should have been discovered. We will respond within 14 days.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved through dialogue between the buyer and Customation AS. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. Complaints can also be filed through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
