Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made through gammonbase.com.

1. Parties

Seller: Customation AS, org. nr. 914 511 569
Address: Heimdalsgata 30, 0561 Oslo
Email: contact@customation.no

Buyer: The person or organization that places an order through gammonbase.com. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as Merchant of Record for every purchase made here: they are the seller on your receipt, they handle payment and sales tax, and card details never reach us. The amount is charged at the time of purchase. Subscription plans are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen). Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT or sales tax where it applies, as calculated by Paddle.

3. Delivery

GammonBase is a digital service. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumers in Norway, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days on distance purchases. We do not try to remove it. You also get our own 14-day refund promise, which applies wherever you live — see our Refund Policy.

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern refunds and withdrawal. Where your local law gives you more than either policy, your local law wins. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.

6. Complaints

If the service does not work as described, you may file a complaint by contacting us at contact@customation.no. Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue was discovered or should have been discovered. We will respond within 14 days.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved through dialogue between the buyer and Customation AS. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. Complaints can also be filed through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
